Our last price incease was November 2010.

To cover the additional costs we will be charging £2.00 per swim for children and £2.70 per swim for adults. Price increase will be effective 1st May 2012

We do apologise for this increase (and the short notice) but hopefully this will enable us to cover our costs. We need a minimum of 50 swimmers per night to do this. Thank you for your continued support.

This year the Club will only OPEN on Tuesday evenings. During these evenings we will hold our ever popular “Swim For Fun Sessions”. If your child normally swims on a Thursday evening please bring them to the Tuesday swim sessions.

Swim for Fun Sessions
Tuesday 19th & 26th July 2011
Tuesday 2nd/9th/16th/23rd/30th August 2011

NO THURSDAY NIGHT SWIMMING ON
21st/28th July/4th/11th/18th/25th August and 1st September

The format of the Tuesday evenings will be:

7.00-7.20 All swimmers (Tuesday and Thursday night swimmers) who normally
have lessons at 7.00 will have a shorter lesson on a Tuesday only

7.20-8.00 Pool Frog 1 and Pool Frog 2 swimmers to have Swim for Fun Sessions
(supervised play sessions using balls etc in the shallow end)

7.20-8.15 All swimmers with Pool Frog 3 and above (that is deep end swimmers)
Swim for Fun Sessions using the middle to deep end of the Pool

8.15-9.00 Adult Swimming
Children aged 13 plus might prefer to swim during the adult swim session
instead of participating in our Swim for Fun sessions. This is purely length
swimming and not for play.

Your child can bring along a friend or relative to these sessions. These children MUST BE 6 years old and be able to swim at least 50 metres if they wish to join in the “deep end” game sessions. There will be the normal charge of £1.80 per child swim. We are limited to 50 swimmers per session.

Normal lessons will resume on Tuesday 6th September 2011

2011-2012 Membership Subscription
As you know membership of the Club runs from October to October and I will be starting to collect subscriptions for 2011-2012 after the summer holidays. Subs will be £30.00 for the year, plus the cost of a swim is £1.80 per child £2.50 per adult. If your child is leaving the Club and holds a Gala Trophy could you please ensure this is returned to Yvonne.

ASA/STA Certificates
Due to increases in prices from the ASA and STA plus the fact that postage is now added to deliveries we, reluctantly ,have to increase the charges for our certificates.

With immediate effect we will be charging £2.20 for each certificate gained.
